Die Einwahl in die Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Freiburg ist immer 10 Minuten vor dem offiziellen Beginn möglich und sinnvoll. Dies dient zum Ankommen, Austausch untereinander oder auch dazu, technische Schwierigkeiten vor Beginn zu beseitigen. Wir legen Wert darauf, dass jeder mit Bild und Ton an der Veranstaltung teilnimmt. Nur so kann ein vertrauensvoller Austausch untereinander stattfinden. Bitte testet vorher bei der Einwahl Eure Kamera und das Audio. Weitergehende Unterstützung zu ZOOM findet ihr hier.

Themen der Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Köln

Was macht eigentlich den eigenen Wert aus? Woran merke ich, dass ich in meinem Sinne gehandelt habe und nicht im Sinne anderer? Setze ich mich für meine Bedürfnisse genauso ein, wie für die Bedürfnisse meiner Umwelt? Ein hohes Selbstwertgefühl ist die Basis für Selbstvertrauen und die Fähigkeit, Verantwortung für das eigene Leben zu übernehmen. Das Selbstwertgefühl kann man stärken, so dass in Zukunft häufiger eine Entscheidung für sich selbst getroffen werden kann. Wie immer wird es im ABC -Anderes Burnout-Café – interessante Übungen und Hinweise geben, die sich im Alltag leicht umsetzen lassen.

Mit unseren Selbsthilfegruppen tragen wir zur emotionalen Entlastung und gegenseitige Unterstützung bei. Die Teilnehmenden geben sich gegenseitige wertschätzende Lebenshilfe. Durch die Teilnahme wird das Selbstbewusstsein und das Selbstwertgefühl gestärkt. Frühwarnzeichen können rechtzeitig erkannt werden, das soziale Netz wird durch den Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden gestärkt. Die Selbsthilfegruppen tragen dazu bei, ein individuelles Krisennetzwerk und einen entsprechenden Krisenplan aufzubauen. Übungen tragen zur erfolgreichen Erweiterung der Strategien im Umgang mit der Erkrankung bei.

Die monatliche Selbsthilfegruppe ermuntert die Teilnehmenden, neue Sichtweisen zu einem bestimmten Thema auszuprobieren, sich über Fremd- und Eigenwirkung der Übungen auszutauschen, neue Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu erforschen und die eigene Lebenssituation neu zu bewerten. Darüber hinaus haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, mit anderen in einen persönlichen Erfahrungsaustausch zu kommen.

Die Veranstaltung wird durchgeführt von der Selbsthilfegruppe  ABC Freiburg mit Unterstützung des Bundesverband Burnout und Depression e.V.
