Selbstfürsorge ist ein wichtiger Aspekt, um das eigene Wohlbefinden zu fördern. Sie spielt auch eine bedeutende Rolle im Umgang mit Burnout. Es geht darum, sich Zeit für sich selbst zu nehmen und auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse zu achten. Durch die Teilnahme wird das Selbstbewusstsein und das Selbstwertgefühl gestärkt. Frühwarnzeichen können rechtzeitig erkannt werden, das soziale Netz wird durch den Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden gestärkt. Die Selbsthilfegruppen tragen dazu bei, ein individuelles Krisennetzwerk und einen entsprechenden Krisenplan aufzubauen. Übungen tragen zur erfolgreichen Erweiterung der Strategien im Umgang mit der Erkrankung bei.

Anmeldung

Du kannst immer ohne Anmeldung kommen. Für die Organisation des Treffens wäre eine Anmeldung hilfreich.

Die  monatliche Selbsthilfegruppe ermuntert die Teilnehmenden, neue Sichtweisen zu einem bestimmten Thema auszuprobieren, sich über Fremd- und Eigenwirkung der Übungen auszutauschen, neue Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu erforschen und die eigene Lebenssituation neu zu bewerten. Darüber hinaus haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, mit anderen in einen persönlichen Erfahrungsaustausch zu kommen.

Die Veranstaltung wird durchgeführt von der Selbsthilfegruppe  ABC Bad Soden-Salmünster mit Unterstützung des Bundesverband Burnout und Depression e.V. und durch die Pauschalförderung der Selbsthilfegruppen nach  SGB V, §20h.
