Die Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Online am Mittwoch findet regelmäßig am zweiten Mittwoch im Monat von 09:30 bis 11:30 auf Zoom statt. Im Oktober treffen wir uns ausnahmsweise erst am 4. Mittwoch des Monats. Die Einwahl erfolgt wie immer über https://us02web.zoom.us/j/805791047

Die Einwahl in die Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Online am Mittwoch ist immer 10 Minuten vor dem offiziellen Beginn möglich und sinnvoll. Dies dient zum Ankommen, Austausch untereinander oder auch dazu, technische Schwierigkeiten vor Beginn zu beseitigen. Wir legen Wert darauf, dass jeder mit Bild und Ton an der Veranstaltung teilnimmt. Nur so kann ein vertrauensvoller Austausch untereinander stattfinden. Bitte testet vorher bei der Einwahl Eure Kamera und das Audio. Weitergehende Unterstützung zu ZOOM findet ihr hier.

Nach der offiziellen Startzeit ist keine Einwahl mehr möglich, denn dies ist Online noch störender als in Präsenzveranstaltungen. Danke für Euer Verständnis. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!

Themen der Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Online am Mittwoch

Sprechen oder Schweigen? Soll ich meine psychische Erkrankung offen ansprechen oder lieber für mich behalten? Diese Fragen stellen sich sowohl im privaten Umfeld als auch im Job. Wie viel von mir selbst teile ich mit anderen, und wie viel behalte ich für mich? Kommunikation bedeutet nicht nur gesprochene Worte, sondern auch E-Mails, Telefonate, Nachrichten und jede andere Form des Austauschs.
An diesem Vormittag möchten wir uns darüber austauschen, wie jeder von uns mit dem Thema umgeht. Können wir Muster oder Strategien erkennen? Gibt es Regeln oder Empfehlungen, und wer hat sie uns möglicherweise vermittelt? Gemeinsam wollen wir eine persönliche Strategie entwickeln, die es uns ermöglicht, besser mit der Kommunikation über unsere psychische Erkrankung umzugehen. Dabei stellen wir uns die Frage, was für uns individuell “besser” oder “günstiger” bedeutet.

Mit unseren Selbsthilfegruppen tragen wir zur emotionalen Entlastung und gegenseitige Unterstützung bei. Die Teilnehmenden geben sich gegenseitige wertschätzende Lebenshilfe. Durch die Teilnahme wird das Selbstbewusstsein und das Selbstwertgefühl gestärkt. Frühwarnzeichen können rechtzeitig erkannt werden, das soziale Netz wird durch den Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden gestärkt. Die Selbsthilfegruppen tragen dazu bei, ein individuelles Krisennetzwerk und einen entsprechenden Krisenplan aufzubauen. Übungen tragen zur erfolgreichen Erweiterung der Strategien im Umgang mit der Erkrankung bei.

Anmeldung

Du kannst immer ohne Anmeldung kommen. Für die Organisation des Treffens wäre eine Anmeldung hilfreich.

Die monatliche Selbsthilfegruppe  ermuntert die Teilnehmenden, neue Sichtweisen zu einem bestimmten Thema auszuprobieren, sich über Fremd- und Eigenwirkung der Übungen auszutauschen, neue Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu erforschen und die eigene Lebenssituation neu zu bewerten. Darüber hinaus haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, mit anderen in einen persönlichen Erfahrungsaustausch zu kommen. Die Veranstaltung wird durchgeführt von der Online Selbsthilfegruppe  am Mittwochvormittag mit Unterstützung des Bundesverband Burnout und Depression e.V.
