Die Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Nürnberg findet regelmäßig am letzten Mittwoch im Monat von 19:00 bis 21:15 in Präsenz statt. Im Dezember treffen wir uns ausnahmsweise bereits am dritten Mittwoch des Monats!.

Themen der Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Nürnberg

Zum Ende eines jeden Jahres lohnt es sich, sowohl einen Blick in das ablaufende Jahr zu richten, als auch in das vor uns liegende Jahr.
Was war gut in diesem Jahr, welche Erfahrungen und Begegnungen haben mich bereichert, wofür kann ich dankbar sein, und was wünsche ich mir für das vor mir liegende Jahr? Welche Ideen, Wünsche und Ziele habe ich, und wie kann ich diese am besten verwirklichen? Mit diesen Fragen wollen wir uns in diesem Themenrahmen beschäftigen.

Mit unseren Selbsthilfegruppen tragen wir zur emotionalen Entlastung und gegenseitige Unterstützung bei. Die Teilnehmenden geben sich gegenseitige wertschätzende Lebenshilfe. Durch die Teilnahme wird das Selbstbewusstsein und das Selbstwertgefühl gestärkt. Frühwarnzeichen können rechtzeitig erkannt werden, das soziale Netz wird durch den Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden gestärkt. Die Selbsthilfegruppen tragen dazu bei, ein individuelles Krisennetzwerk und einen entsprechenden Krisenplan aufzubauen. Übungen tragen zur erfolgreichen Erweiterung der Strategien im Umgang mit der Erkrankung bei.

Anmeldung in der Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Nürnberg

Du kannst immer ohne Anmeldung kommen. Für die Organisation des Treffens wäre eine Anmeldung hilfreich.

Das monatliche Burnout-Café ermuntert die Teilnehmenden, neue Sichtweisen zu einem bestimmten Thema auszuprobieren, sich über Fremd- und Eigenwirkung der Übungen auszutauschen, neue Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu erforschen und die eigene Lebenssituation neu zu bewerten. Darüber hinaus haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, mit anderen in einen persönlichen Erfahrungsaustausch zu kommen.

Die Veranstaltung wird durchgeführt von der Selbsthilfegruppe  ABC Nürnberg mit Unterstützung des Bundesverband Burnout und Depression e.V..
