Die Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Darmstadt findet regelmäßig am ersten Freitag im Monat von 19:00 bis 21:15 in Präsenz statt.

Die Selbsthilfegruppe trifft sich im Mehrgenerationenhaus, Julius-Reiber-Str 22, 64293 Darmstadt.

Themen der Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Nürnberg

Manchmal werden Dinge nicht angefangen bzw. nicht erledigt. Übungen werden einen besseren Umgang mit der Prokrastination ermöglichen.

 

Mit unseren Selbsthilfegruppen tragen wir zur emotionalen Entlastung und gegenseitige Unterstützung bei. Die Teilnehmenden geben sich gegenseitige wertschätzende Lebenshilfe. Durch die Teilnahme wird das Selbstbewusstsein und das Selbstwertgefühl gestärkt. Frühwarnzeichen können rechtzeitig erkannt werden, das soziale Netz wird durch den Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden gestärkt. Die Selbsthilfegruppen tragen dazu bei, ein individuelles Krisennetzwerk und einen entsprechenden Krisenplan aufzubauen. Übungen tragen zur erfolgreichen Erweiterung der Strategien im Umgang mit der Erkrankung bei.

Anmeldung

Du kannst immer ohne Anmeldung kommen. Für die Organisation des Treffens wäre eine Anmeldung hilfreich.

Die Selbsthilfegruppe „Anderes Burnout Café Darmstadt“ ermuntert die Teilnehmenden, neue Sichtweisen zu einem bestimmten Thema auszuprobieren, sich über Fremd- und Eigenwirkung der Übungen auszutauschen, neue Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu erforschen und die eigene Lebenssituation neu zu bewerten. Darüber hinaus haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, mit anderen in einen persönlichen Erfahrungsaustausch zu kommen.

Die Veranstaltung wird durchgeführt von der Selbsthilfegruppe  ABC Darmstadt mit Unterstützung des Bundesverband Burnout und Depression e.V.
