Die Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Bad Soden-Salmünster findet regelmäßig am dritten Dienstag im Monat im Generationentreff BS-Salmünster, Frankfurter Str. 58 statt.
Thema: nein sagen
Es allen recht machen, die eigenen Leistungsgrenzen ignorieren und immer weiter Vollgas geben: Häufig manifestieren sich solche permanenten und unreflektierten Grenzüberschreitungen in körperlichen und psychischen Beschwerden. Was versprechen wir uns eigentlich davon, wenn wir immer wieder „Ja“ sagen, obwohl wir „Nein!“ fühlen? Ganz sicher gibt es gute Gründe dafür, doch vielleicht geht es manchmal auch anders? Mit einfachen Übungen gehen wir unseren Bedürfnissen auf den Grund. Wir sprechen darüber, warum uns bestimmte Grenzen so wichtig sind und wie wir in Zukunft besser für uns sorgen können.
Mit unseren Selbsthilfegruppen tragen wir zur emotionalen Entlastung und gegenseitige Unterstützung bei. Die Teilnehmenden geben sich gegenseitige wertschätzende Lebenshilfe. Durch die Teilnahme wird das Selbstbewusstsein und das Selbstwertgefühl gestärkt. Frühwarnzeichen können rechtzeitig erkannt werden, das soziale Netz wird durch den Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden gestärkt. Die Selbsthilfegruppen tragen dazu bei, ein individuelles Krisennetzwerk und einen entsprechenden Krisenplan aufzubauen. Übungen tragen zur erfolgreichen Erweiterung der Strategien im Umgang mit der Erkrankung bei.
Anmeldung
Du kannst immer ohne Anmeldung kommen. Für die Organisation des Treffens wäre eine Anmeldung hilfreich.
Die monatliche Selbsthilfegruppe ermuntert die Teilnehmenden, neue Sichtweisen zu einem bestimmten Thema auszuprobieren, sich über Fremd- und Eigenwirkung der Übungen auszutauschen, neue Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu erforschen und die eigene Lebenssituation neu zu bewerten. Darüber hinaus haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, mit anderen in einen persönlichen Erfahrungsaustausch zu kommen.
Die Veranstaltung wird durchgeführt von der Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Bad Soden-Salmünster mit Unterstützung des Bundesverband Burnout und Depression e.V. und durch die Pauschalförderung der Selbsthilfegruppen nach SGB V, §20h.
