Die Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Berlin findet regelmäßig alle vier Wochen am Dienstag  von 19:00 bis 21:15 in Präsenz im HeileHaus, Seitenflügel, 2. OG rechts, Waldemarstraße 36, 10999 Berlin Kreuzberg statt.  In diesem Monat findet unser Gruppentreffen wegen Umbauarbeiten im Heilehaus ausnahmsweise erst am 28. Januar statt.

Wir lernen Übungen kennen, um den unvermeindlichen Umgang mit Stress besser zu bewältigen.

Mit unseren Selbsthilfegruppen tragen wir zur emotionalen Entlastung und gegenseitige Unterstützung bei. Die Teilnehmenden geben sich gegenseitige wertschätzende Lebenshilfe. Durch die Teilnahme wird das Selbstbewusstsein und das Selbstwertgefühl gestärkt. Frühwarnzeichen können rechtzeitig erkannt werden, das soziale Netz wird durch den Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden gestärkt. Die Selbsthilfegruppen tragen dazu bei, ein individuelles Krisennetzwerk und einen entsprechenden Krisenplan aufzubauen. Du kannst immer ohne Anmeldung kommen. Für die Organisation des Treffens wäre eine Anmeldung hilfreich.
