Die Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Düsseldorf findet regelmäßig am ersten Dienstag im Monat online von 19:00 bis 21:00 0nline statt.
Die Einwahl erfolgt über https://us02web.zoom.us/j/805791047
Die Einwahl in die Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Düsseldorf ist immer 10 Minuten vor dem offiziellen Beginn möglich und sinnvoll. Dies dient zum Ankommen, Austausch untereinander oder auch dazu, technische Schwierigkeiten vor Beginn zu beseitigen. Wir legen Wert darauf, dass jeder mit Bild und Ton an der Veranstaltung teilnimmt. Nur so kann ein vertrauensvoller Austausch untereinander stattfinden. Bitte testet vorher bei der Einwahl Eure Kamera und das Audio. Weitergehende Unterstützung zu ZOOM findet ihr hier.
Nach der offiziellen Startzeit ist keine Einwahl mehr möglich, denn dies ist Online noch störender als in Präsenzveranstaltungen. Danke für Euer Verständnis. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!
Thema: Kritik geben und verbessern
Es gibt Situationen in den wir glauben, Kritik zu üben sei angemessen. Wir alle haben schon erlebt, wie sehr wir betroffen sein können von Äußerungen, die ein anderer uns gegenüber ausspricht. Wie können wir das vermeiden, wenn wir selbst Kritik äußern? Wir wollen in der Aussprache Stolpersteine erkennen und in den Übungen erfahren, wie es anders geht.
Mit unseren Selbsthilfegruppen tragen wir zur emotionalen Entlastung und gegenseitige Unterstützung bei. Die Teilnehmenden geben sich gegenseitige wertschätzende Lebenshilfe. Durch die Teilnahme wird das Selbstbewusstsein und das Selbstwertgefühl gestärkt. Frühwarnzeichen können rechtzeitig erkannt werden, das soziale Netz wird durch den Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden gestärkt. Die Selbsthilfegruppen tragen dazu bei, ein individuelles Krisennetzwerk und einen entsprechenden Krisenplan aufzubauen. Übungen tragen zur erfolgreichen Erweiterung der Strategien im Umgang mit der Erkrankung bei.
Anmeldung zur Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Düsseldorf
Du kannst immer ohne Anmeldung kommen. Für die Organisation des Treffens wäre eine Anmeldung hilfreich.
Die Selbsthilfegruppe ermuntert die Teilnehmenden, neue Sichtweisen zu einem bestimmten Thema auszuprobieren, sich über Fremd- und Eigenwirkung der Übungen auszutauschen, neue Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu erforschen und die eigene Lebenssituation neu zu bewerten. Darüber hinaus haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, mit anderen in einen persönlichen Erfahrungsaustausch zu kommen.
Die Veranstaltung wird durchgeführt von der Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Düsseldorf mit Unterstützung des Bundesverband Burnout und Depression e.V. und durch die Pauschalförderung der Selbsthilfegruppen nach SGB V, §20h.

When I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment is added I get 4 emails with the same comment. Is there a means you can remove me from that service? Cheers.
