Die Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Hannover findet am 3. Mittwoch im Monat statt. Wir treffen uns in Präsenz in der Voßstraße 11a (Hinterhaus) in 30161 Hannover in der Zeit von 19:00 bis 20:30 Uhr.

Die vielen Formen der Angststörungen, etwa Existenz-, Verlust- oder Versagensängste, sind häufig auch Begleiterscheinungen eines Burnout-Syndroms. Experten haben herausgefunden, dass „die Angst vor der Angst“ Betroffene dazu veranlasst, bestimmte Situationen zu meiden oder sogar aus dem Alltag zu flüchten. Im Burnout-Café zum Thema erlernen Betroffene und Interessierte, sich den eigenen Ängsten zu nähern, die Mechanismen zu erforschen sowie alternative Gedanken und Verhaltensmöglichkeiten zu entwickeln.
Mit unseren Selbsthilfegruppen tragen wir zur emotionalen Entlastung und gegenseitige Unterstützung bei. Die Teilnehmenden geben sich gegenseitige wertschätzende Lebenshilfe. Durch die Teilnahme wird das Selbstbewusstsein und das Selbstwertgefühl gestärkt. Frühwarnzeichen können rechtzeitig erkannt werden, das soziale Netz wird durch den Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden gestärkt. Die Selbsthilfegruppen tragen dazu bei, ein individuelles Krisennetzwerk und einen entsprechenden Krisenplan aufzubauen. Übungen tragen zur erfolgreichen Erweiterung der Strategien im Umgang mit der Erkrankung bei.

Du kannst immer ohne Anmeldung kommen. Für die Organisation des Treffens wäre eine Anmeldung hilfreich.

Die monatliche Selbsthilfegruppe Anderes Burnout-Café ermuntert die Teilnehmenden, neue Sichtweisen zu einem bestimmten Thema auszuprobieren, sich über Fremd- und Eigenwirkung der Übungen auszutauschen, neue Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu erforschen und die eigene Lebenssituation neu zu bewerten. Darüber hinaus haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, mit anderen in einen persönlichen Erfahrungsaustausch zu kommen.
