Die Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Neuss findet immer am 3. Freitag im Monat von 10:00 bis 12:00 Uhr statt. Wir treffen uns in Präsenz im Selbsthilfe-Büro von PariSozial in der Oberstr. 21 in 41460 Neuss.

Themen der Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Neuss

Gehe ich mit mir ebenso gut um, wie mit anderen? Wie kann ich lernen, für mich zu entscheiden, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und mein Wohlergehen zu steigern? Und wie gelingt es, mit Selbstvertrauen im Alltag zu leben? Antworten auf diese und andere Fragen finden Interessierte und Betroffene im Rahmen des Burnout-Cafés.

 

Mit unseren Selbsthilfegruppen tragen wir zur emotionalen Entlastung und gegenseitige Unterstützung bei. Die Teilnehmenden geben sich gegenseitige wertschätzende Lebenshilfe. Durch die Teilnahme wird das Selbstbewusstsein und das Selbstwertgefühl gestärkt. Frühwarnzeichen können rechtzeitig erkannt werden, das soziale Netz wird durch den Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden gestärkt. Die Selbsthilfegruppen tragen dazu bei, ein individuelles Krisennetzwerk und einen entsprechenden Krisenplan aufzubauen. Übungen tragen zur erfolgreichen Erweiterung der Strategien im Umgang mit der Erkrankung bei.

Anmeldung

Du kannst immer ohne Anmeldung kommen. Für die Organisation des Treffens wäre eine Anmeldung hilfreich.

Die monatliche Selbsthilfegruppe Anderes Burnout-Café ermuntert die Teilnehmenden, neue Sichtweisen zu einem bestimmten Thema auszuprobieren, sich über Fremd- und Eigenwirkung der Übungen auszutauschen, neue Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu erforschen und die eigene Lebenssituation neu zu bewerten. Darüber hinaus haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, mit anderen in einen persönlichen Erfahrungsaustausch zu kommen.

Die Veranstaltung wird durchgeführt von der Selbsthilfegruppe  ABC Neuss mit Unterstützung des Bundesverband Burnout und Depression e.V..
