Die Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Köln findet regelmäßig am ersten Mittwoch im Monat in Präsenz von 19:00 bis 21:15 online statt. Wir treffen uns im Nachbarschaftshaus in der Ansgarstraße 5, 50825 Köln-Neuehrenfeld.

Thema: Achtsamkeit
Mit unseren Selbsthilfegruppen tragen wir zur emotionalen Entlastung und gegenseitige Unterstützung bei. Die Teilnehmenden geben sich gegenseitige wertschätzende Lebenshilfe. Durch die Teilnahme wird das Selbstbewusstsein und das Selbstwertgefühl gestärkt. Frühwarnzeichen können rechtzeitig erkannt werden, das soziale Netz wird durch den Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden gestärkt. Die Selbsthilfegruppen tragen dazu bei, ein individuelles Krisennetzwerk und einen entsprechenden Krisenplan aufzubauen. Übungen tragen zur erfolgreichen Erweiterung der Strategien im Umgang mit der Erkrankung bei.

Bitte meldet euch vorher an . Für die Organisation des Treffens wäre eine Anmeldung hilfreich.
Die monatliche Selbsthilfegruppe ermuntert die Teilnehmenden, neue Sichtweisen zu einem bestimmten Thema auszuprobieren, sich über Fremd- und Eigenwirkung der Übungen auszutauschen, neue Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu erforschen und die eigene Lebenssituation neu zu bewerten. Darüber hinaus haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, mit anderen in einen persönlichen Erfahrungsaustausch zu kommen.
Die Veranstaltung wird durchgeführt von der Selbsthilfegruppe ABC Köln mit Unterstützung des Bundesverband Burnout und Depression e.V. und durch die Pauschalförderung der Selbsthilfegruppen nach SGB V, §20h.
